I feel the most inspired with waves crashing in the background and sand beneath my toes. I'm here to capture life's big moments - your waterfront wedding, your beach proposal, your child's milestones - but I believe the real magic lies in those in-between moments. That's my approach in a nutshell: a mix between posed and candid. Smiling at the camera and the authentic smile between poses. I'll cry during your vows and lip sync behind my camera during your reception. I'll make silly noises and go into full blown Disney mode to help your kids have fun. Not only is Allie an amazing photographer but she is a very special person as well. My husband and I worked with Allie to take some photos for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We took the photos out in Montauk and were hoping for a beautiful sunny day. It was the complete opposite. Lots of clouds, chilly temperatures and periods of off and on rain.
Despite all of this, Allie took her time to take the drive and helped us to create some sunshine. We felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session and left knowing that the photos would come out wonderful.
